1. Payment

2. Services

2.2 Any modifications or expansions to the originally agreed-upon services may be subject to additional charges.
2.3 We reserve the right to alter or amend services due to unforeseen circumstances but will communicate such changes promptly.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the agreed-upon contract or service agreement.
3.2 Rescheduling of services is possible with advance notice and mutual agreement.
4. Refunds
4.1 All payments made are non-refundable.
4.2 Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review our services, specifications, and terms before making a payment.
4.3 In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Tradies Ai.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Any intellectual property created, developed, or provided by Tradies Ai during the course of the services remains the exclusive property of Tradies Ai until full payment is received.
5.2 Upon full payment, the client will be granted the necessary rights and licenses for the use of the delivered intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the agreement.
6.2 This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the termination of the agreement.
7. Communication
7.1 All official communications, including notices, amendments, or clarifications, must be in writing and may be sent via email, mail, or through our designated communication channels.
